Lloyd "Dave" De Pew, 43, of Saugerties, NY, passed away Sunday, January 31st, 2010 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY.
For many years he was a mechanic at D & D Automotive in Kingston, NY.
Born on November 19, 1966, in Rhinebeck, NY, he was the son of Elsie (Rasmussen) De Pew of Rhinecliff and the late Lloyd Clayton De Pew.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by three sons; Lloyd Jr., Ryan, and Stephen De Pew, a daughter; Carissa De Pew, his companion; Mary Breed of Saugerties, four sisters; Joyce (Dave) Traver, Donna (Brian) Wachtel, Sharon De Pew, and Christine (Keith) Hartrum, two half sisters; Roberta De Pew and Mary (Charles) Hauser, along with many aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was predeceased by a son; Robert De Pew and a half sister; Sally Male.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 pm on Friday, February 5, 2010 at the Burnett & White Funeral Homes, 91 E. Market St., Rhinebeck. Interment will be private in family plot in High Falls Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Burnett & White Funeral Homes on Friday from 2 -4 PM.
